Awakening
I walk down the street and i really feel myself breathing. In and out. In and out.
I can hear the birds singing and i can feel the sun on my face.
I can smell freshly mown grass and i can glimpse the first buds struggling through.
I feel like i'm floating.
It all tugs at the corners of my mouth.
Which in turn, tugs on the strings at my heart.
And i know, without a doubt, that it all works out in the end.
I'll be so happy.
I think i'm beginning to like spring.
There's some beauty to be found in almost everything.
