Chef - Well Sort Of
Who would have thought?
It's taken me nearly 24 years to figure it out...but i actually like cooking.
Give me afew weeks and i'll absolutely love it.
Lasagne. Stirfry. Meatballs and Spaghetti. Peanut Butter cupcakes. Chocolate chip cookies.
That was all last week.
It doesn't sound like a lot...but compared to the beans on toast, oven cooked waffles and plain pasta i used to cook, it's a huge amount.
I'm making meatballs with onion gravy and mash for tea tonight...and chocolate cornflake cakes too!
I'm hungry just thinking about it.
I'm on a roll and it all feels so delightfully simple now.
Who knows what else i'll discover a liking for in the future?
