The White Stuff

I read today's horoscope yesterday...and i thought...i dunno about that. I can't see what could possibly go that wrong.

Capricorn
By Rick Levine
You must handle an unexpected change of plans, and your ability to respond compassionately to the situation makes the difference between failure and success. But if you think that someone is messing with your plans, keep in mind that it's not likely intentional. Just remember that a trivial issue is probably the reflection of the bigger dilemma that's still in front of you. Nevertheless, start with the small stuff and work your way up to the bigger problems.

What a joke. My Ma can't get here because of the snow, so i'm going to have to get a taxi to the station and meet my brother there, to lug everything to Bedford.

And because i'm doing this tomorrow and have so far managed to do feck all work...i need to take about 15 books with me and my college folders, on top of all the presents, baking stuff and clothing etc.

I literally would not manage to carry all this stuff on my own.

But if i'm going to be there for nearly ten days, i absolutely refuse to be uncomfortable.

I need to do some college work and i want to do some baking.

Shit's gunna have to come with me.

I have to run into town tomorrow to sort out my housing benefit and post off everyone's presents....can't go to London now either.

*sighs*

I'm about to hop in the shower and wait at the bus stop, hoping and praying there's a bus to Hatfield so Shay and Becky can have theirs before i leave.

It's absolutely amazing how poorly this country copes with snow.

Amazing, irritating and completely hilarious.

And yuk. I have to wear my stupid ass snow boots because converse just aren't going to keep me on my feet.

hmph.
