Paupers
Me and my brother would set up camp in the livingroom and spend hours pretending we were impoverished siblings fighting for survival.
We'd pretend we had to eat the cheapest food, only go to the cheapest places to entertain ourselves and wear rags, we'd pretend to be freezing and walk around swaddled in our duvets.
I loved playing that game.
Life isn't like that in reality.
My life won't ever be like that. I'm lucky.
So many of us are lucky and we don't even realise it.
You don't have to be rich to be lucky. You just have to be clever...and have a solid friend and family base.
I'm definately lucky.
If i have to spend the next year eating cheaper food, staying at home some of the times i'd like to go out and curb my awful spending habits...it won't be all bad at all.
I could probably learn something new about life...and about myself.
As i said, I'm luckier than i thought.
In fact, it could almost be fun.
