Freedom to melt away
I have a coffee and muffin whilst checking my emails.
I shower, dress and have a little tidy up around the house.
I go out to the garage - to my newly organised and decorated studio/den - and paint or draw with my ipod on shuffle, until 9pm.
I come inside and make any phone calls i need to - reply to emails i've forgotten to throughout the day. Try to be social...you know.
Then i have dinner and spend the rest of the night reading or watching movies and chilling out with my brother.
I know this new routine can't last - but it's doing me the world of good while it does.
